There are, however, a few things we are not able to / legally allowed to do. We have yet to bring onboard a qualified sparky (Electrician), which means we cannot touch your power, or anything related to the electrics in your home. Not yet anyway!
If we can, we will recommend a trusted provider of ours for you to contact.
OTB Solutions does not like hidden costs, and other 'nasty' surprises.
As soon as we identify a possible problem or additional work that is needed, you will be contacted to confirm what you want us to do.
We will always be up-front with you, never keeping information relevant to your project from you.
